Providing Unequaled Support For Your Undercar Service Equipment Investment
Dedicated to Undercar Equipment Service
Hunter Service Representatives provide installation of new equipment, warranty
service for new products and continued service for the life of Hunter equipment.
They all maintain over $30,000 in parts inventory to enable them to perform
one-stop service. Hunter Service Representatives thoroughly train customers
on new equipment operation. This comprehensive support may include several
on-site visits to ensure that technicians fully understand how to operate and
maintain their new investment. Thirty days from the date of equipment installation,
a follow-up visit will take place to assure that training and installation of this
important investment has met the expectations of the business owner and
equipment operator.
Same-day or Next-day Emergency Service is the Rule, Not the Exception
In most cases, the Hunter Service Representative is within a three-hour drive of every customer.
If an emergency call is received in the morning, it is commonly handled that afternoon. Calls
received late in the day are handled the next day. Three-day service is considered unacceptable,
not average.

Mike Willard - Winter Park, FL - With Hunter Since 1984
“My furthest customer is about 45 minutes away.
I have my messages forwarded to my cell phone, so
I can talk to customers when they call. If I get a call by 2:00 p.m.,
75% of the time I can get there the same day
for sure the next day.” |

Bob Fladung - Rogers, MN - With Hunter Since 1972
“Even years ago, the initial training was excellent.
When a new product comes out, the Training Center has
a session for the reps in our region. It's very hands-on
learning. Also, I've been ASE-certified for over 20 years.” |
