Hunter WA Series alignment systems offer exclusive features for vehicle inspection, fast adjustments, training and merchandising. Sensor options include DSP500 wheel-mounted electronic sensors and DSP600 digital imaging alignment sensors that feature wheel-mounted passive targets. DSP600 sensors are available in configurations to fit almost every shop. The Series 811T aligner is designed especially for heavy-duty trucks. The PA100 Alignment System features Hunter's ProAlign® Alignment Software running on a Linux operating system. This new method computes correction weights by measuring and evaluating the “absolute” or pure static (shake) and couple (shimmy) forces that cause vibration. Unlike traditional balancing, which judges balance conditions based on correction weight values, SmartWeight balancing uses the actual static and couple forces to directly address the source of vibration problems, resulting in the best possible balance. |

Brake Lathes
"Cutting edge" features on the Hunter BL500 Series Brake Lathe enhance the speed of operation, performance and range of vehicle applications. Hunter's OCL400 On Car Computerized Rotor Lathe, featuring the patented ServoDrive™ variable drive system, enables technicians to service rotors in half the time of other on-car lathes by providing variable speed and rotational torque during compensation and machining. Technicians can resurface rotors at the fastest possible speed and change speeds on the fly.
