Air-Actuated Power Jack

High-reliability air-actuated design provides lifting capability under vehicle for alignment, other service.

Air-Actuated Power Jack provides 4,500 pounds of lifting capacity. Two Power Jacks provide capability for 4-wheel alignment and other service. They are designed for use on Hunter lift-racks with 7,000- to 9,000-pound capacity.

Totally air-powered operation

Eliminates noise and oil leaks from hydraulic components. Use of air actuators simplifies mechanical design and assures a high level of reliability. Lift can be lowered to the floor with Power Jacks in operating position.

Safe, dual handle operation

Keeps both hands clear during lifting or lowering. Automatic system locks the jack at any of three heights. Locks are completely independent of the air system to assure maximum safety.

Features

  1. Jack rolls easily on rails to reach the vehicle manufacturer's specified jacking points. As the vehicle is lifted, a spring mechanism transfers weight from the jack wheels to the jack frame, stabilizing the position.
  2. Steel pads flip up or down, slide in or out to make secure contact at the jacking points.
  3. Telescoping arms extend reach up to 60”.
  4. Dual handle operation: both control handles must be used to raise or lower the jack, making sure the operator's hands are clear.
  5. Automatic mechanism locks the jack at any of three levels. Lock handle clearly shows if system is “Engaged.” Before lowering jack, the operator must turn the lock handle to “Release” position. Locks automatically reset to the “Engaged” mode when jack is fully lowered.
  6. Full metal shield protects the operating mechanism at any position and provides added safety for the operator.
