Turnplates

High quality, free-moving turnplates are critical to performing accurate and fast alignments. Hunter offers many varieties of turnplates to meet every alignment need.

PowerSlide Turnplate

Integral bridge lowers and raises as plates are locked, making rolling compensation a snap. Air-operated control system ties directly into PowerSlide rack. Turnplates may be added later.

Automatic PowerSlide turnplate: 20-2076-1
Includes automatic bridge – used with camera-based alignment sensors. (2 required)
Conventional PowerSlide turnplate: 20-2075-1
Comes without automatic bridge – used with conventional alignment sensors. (2 required)

Stainless Steel Turnplate
Resists corrosion and maintains free movement during the alignment procedure. Stainless steel construction for long trouble-free life. No pointer.

Wear Detector Turnplate

Simplifies pre-alignment inspection of the steering linkage and suspension components by exercising the steering system. Perform “Dry Park” inspections with only one technician.

Standard Turnplates, 25-140-1
Standard turnplates for most alignment systems. Steel construction with powder paint finish. No pointer. 1 1/2 in. high (2 required).

Turning Angle Gauge: 25-18-1
Standard turnplate with pointer and scale. Steel construction with a powder-coated paint finish. 1.5" high (2 required).

Turnplate Bridge
Eases rolling compensation when rack is used with camera based alignment sensors.

50 mm bridge: 20-1963-1 – For RX DC, RX40, and RX PowerSlide rack groups.

1.5" bridge: 20-1471-1 – For all other Hunter rack applications.

Filler Plates: 46-372-1
Fit into standard 1.5" turnplate pockets for times when turnplates are not used (2 required).

		Electronic Turnplates Ideal for integrating advanced alignment angle measurements. Cast aluminum design with a powder-coated paint finish. 50 mm high.
