Versatile Tabletop Clamping & Drive Systems
- Tabletop clamping system easily and safely handles 11” - 22” wheels with standard outside clamping accessories. Larger 26” capacity clamping jaws are available as an option on the TCX500 or as a standard accessory on the TCX500BP and TCX500BPS models.
- Radiused table design allows convenient bottom bead access while ensuring rigidity for larger diameter wheels.
- Four self-centering clamps are actuated by twin heavy-duty corrosion-proof cylinders driving heavy-duty linkage.
- Chuck slides and turntable are plated for longer life and corrosion resistance.

Side-Mounted Bead Loosener
Three-way adjustable shovel angle and enlarged wheel pad enable a wide range of custom applications. Shovel wheel protectors are standard. |

Inflation System
Supplies a large volume of air directed through the clamping jaws to seal the tire bead, while the tire at the valve stem is inflated through a clip-on air hose. A 60 psi safety limiter prevents over-inflation.

(Top) Steel mounting head with steel roller and polymer insert kit choices are both supplied standard.
